1. Prior to starting to build, building permits should be obtained from Howard County. Further, nothing herein contained shall be construed as a waiver of or modification of any said County restrictions.

3. Residents must utilize only HOA-approved colors as specified in the Glenshire Towne Bylaws. ARC requests for exterior alterations, including painting, siding, shutters, doors, etc., must include a sample of an approved HOA color. *Please note: Door and shutter colors must match and be an approved HOA color.
4. When requested by ACC the applicant must contact the ACC upon completion of the proposed change for verification of compliance. Work as expressed herein must be completed within 12 months of approval. Extenuating circumstances regarding completion should be brought to the attention of the ACC.
